Hunter Model 30785

I originally bought this Hunter 30785 because it was on sale and this was my first purifier. I really didn't know what to expect. I plugged it in and within minutes could smell a cleanliness in the room. The two nights I had it running while I was sleeping, I noticed I could breathe easier and my wife said I didn't snore. I returned it to the store because I wanted one with a filter that could just be cleaned instead of replaced every year for about $50. I tried the Honeywell 17000 and the Honeywell 50250 which were both True Hepa filters for about a week each and my snoring continued and the clean smell wasn't in the room. I also tried the Germ Guardian UV-C purifier and also noticed no difference. I went back to the store and bought two of the Hunter 30785 models and I am back to sleeping like a baby. I will deal with the added cost of the filters to get a quality product.
