Terrible as it does not include the filters when purchased new which we found just incredible and the filters are not cheap. The box exterior pictures lead a consumer to believe the filters are included which they are not. In other words, you are getting a fan and not a purifier in your initial investment!!!

This usually happens with many Air Purifiers of different companies. They don't supply the filters at the purchase. The customer has to buy it separately, by spending a huge amount of money. But Crusaders Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. provides seven advance filters during the supply and customers are not charged extra for these filters.
Crusaders Ionic Air Purifier has seven filters in it, which cleans the air very effectively.
